Business Diagnosis Web Development Digital Operations International Partnerships Complex Projects

The problem behind the problem

The expensive problem is rarely the obvious one.

A website may look like the problem when the real issue is an unclear offer. Sales may look weak when nobody has defined the right buyer. A technical project may appear stuck because of engineering when the actual problem is ownership, communication, or a decision nobody wants to make.

We separate symptoms from causes, identify the real blockage, and turn it into a practical plan.

“We know this should work.”
and
“Why is it still not working?”

Services

Five things we can do for your business

01

Find the real problem before spending money on the wrong solution.

Business Diagnosis

We examine your product, offer, people, process, technology, and communication to see where value, time, and opportunities are being lost.

  • A direct diagnosis
  • Clear priorities
  • Specific next steps
  • What not to waste money on
02

Make a complicated product easy to understand and easier to buy.

Positioning and Sales

We turn technical capability into a clear commercial offer: what it does, who needs it, why it matters, and why someone should choose it now.

  • Positioning & value proposition
  • Website and sales copy
  • Presentations & one-pagers
  • Partner and client outreach
  • A repeatable sales process
03

Build digital infrastructure that supports the business.

Web Development and Digital Systems

A website is not decoration. It should explain the offer, support sales, collect useful information, and make the company easier to operate.

  • Corporate websites & landing pages
  • UX, design, copy, development
  • Domains, hosting, email, migrations
  • CRM, forms, databases, reporting
  • Data workflows & automation
04

Enter the right rooms with the right offer.

International Partnerships

We help teams prepare for cross-border business, reach relevant partners, and keep opportunities moving after the first introduction — with particular strength across Europe, Ukraine, and Latin America.

  • Partner identification
  • International outreach & follow-up
  • Market-specific presentations
  • Negotiation preparation
  • European & Ukrainian market entry
05

Move difficult work from “someone should handle this” to done.

Complex Project Delivery

Some projects cross sales, technology, operations, institutions, and law. We create structure, connect the right people, translate between specialists, and keep the project moving.

  • Defense & dual-use technology
  • Industrial & engineering projects
  • International & nonprofit initiatives
  • Digital transformation
  • Research & regulatory work

How we work

Diagnose. Decide. Deliver.

Diagnose

We start with the business problem, not the requested deliverable. Sometimes you need a new website. Sometimes you need a better offer. Sometimes the website is fine and the actual problem is somewhere else.

Decide

We define the result, priorities, responsibilities, and the shortest realistic route forward.

Deliver

We build, coordinate, and implement. Advice is useful. A working result is better.

Sergii Kolesnikov, Founder and Lead Advisor of Kolesnikov Advisory

About the founder

Sergii Kolesnikov

Founder and Lead Advisor

  • 14+ years experience
  • 4+ markets: UA · US · UK · EU

Languages: Ukrainian, English, Russian

Sergii works at the intersection of business development, digital systems, international cooperation, and law — with 14+ years across digital development, business operations, international communications, and legal-adjacent work.

Before founding Kolesnikov Advisory, he worked as a web developer, IT coordinator, business developer, and international communications specialist across US nonprofit organizations, Ukrainian defense technology, and environmental-law initiatives. He leads diagnosis, strategy, and delivery, bringing in additional specialists when a project requires them.

“Most business problems do not respect departmental boundaries. One problem can involve sales, a website, operations, partners, and legal constraints at the same time. Someone has to see the whole picture.”

Good fit / Bad fit

An honest filter saves everyone time

We will probably work well together if:

  • You have a good product but struggle to explain or sell it
  • Your website exists but does not support the business
  • Your project has too many moving parts and no clear owner
  • Your digital operations work, but only barely
  • You want to build international partnerships or enter new markets
  • You want a direct answer, including when it is uncomfortable
  • You need progress, not another impressive meeting

We are probably not the right fit if:

  • You only want someone to confirm decisions already made
  • You want the cheapest possible execution without discussing the business result
  • Nobody on your side can make decisions

Final step

Bring us one problem.

Tell us what you are building, what is going wrong, and what result you need. We will start by separating the symptoms from the cause. If we can help, we will tell you what the next step should be. If we cannot, we will say so.
